How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can follow the journey of your package in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast, but if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it. Once shipped, we’ll still help, just reach out.
There’s an issue with my order what should I do?
If something isn’t right (wrong item, damaged bottle, etc.), let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it quickly and make sure you're taken care of.
